Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our firm. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar scheduling, travel coordination, client communication, and document preparation. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting terminology and procedures, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will also assist in managing office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities, allowing executives to focus on strategic priorities.
